Training in 7 Minutes

Muscle Mass Training in 7 Minutes

Muscle mass training requires a lot of hard work and dedication, but if you understand the science of your body, you know that you can have a workout in as little as 7 minutes. There is just too much misinformation out there on this subject. I'm often amazed at the people at the gym that seem to know absolutely nothing, but are dedicated to the process. I've been doing this for almost a decade now and there are things you just pick up that work and don't. I'm going to share what I've learned over this time.

The most important thing you will ever do in muscle mass training is your diet. Everyone seems to underestimate the power of their diet. Your muscles can't grow, if you're not putting in the proper nutrition to achieve it. It seems like common sense, but people totally ignore it. I used to be like them, but once I started planning out my diet, I start putting on a lot of muscle mass. I think a good first step is just cutting out all that processed food. Start eating things that are "real" and aren't filled with different chemicals.

Having a proper training routine can really change the amount of time you have to invest in gaining muscle mass. I used to spend over an hour in the gym, but I'd never break a sweat. I realized the key that missing from my workout was intensity. Intensity puts stress on your body and forces it to adapt. This means muscles will grow. I have short 7 minute workouts, but they're extremely intense and I'm sweating at the end of it.
